Jeff Boaschmann, Pastor at Lolo Community Church

Jeff Boshmann, Pastor

Jeff was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He immigrated to the US in order to marry his wonderful wife, Miriam. They have four children. Three are married to wonderful, godly spouses and one is still at home.

Jeff has been active in pastoral ministry since 1990. He has served churches in Drummond, MT and Butterfield, MN and has been pastor at Lolo Community Church since January, 2004.

Jeff enjoys hiking on Saturday mornings (a family tradition), reading (history, biography, fantasy fiction and mysteries are favorites), playing board games, building puzzles and listening to music. In the past few years, he has also embraced the joys of being a grandpa!

Joshua Vetter, Associate Pastor

Josh was born in Madison, South Dakota before moving to Wyoming and North Dakota. He was blessed to be married to his wife, Clara, in 2023. They have one daughter. Josh attended Moody Bible Institute before beginning his ministry in North Dakota. He came on board at LoLo Community Church as associate pastor in September of 2025.

He enjoys hiking outdoors, working on his plants (orchids, citrus, cactus, Cape primrose, and others), and going on walks with his wife and daughter. He also is a space enthusiast who enjoys watching SpaceX’s Starship program and other NASA exploratory programs.

Chuck Kear, Associate Pastor

Chuck was born in Casper, Wyoming, raised in Oregon and on a farm in Southern Idaho. He met and married Joy in Denver, Colorado in 1994. Together they have 5 grown children. Chuck and Joy have been in pastoral ministry since 1994 and Chuck has been the Associate Pastor of Lolo Community Church since December, 2011. Chuck and Joy both love music, photography, and living in Montana.
